Understanding the complexities of balancing work with the demands of a young family, mental health challenges, neurodivergence, or chronic health conditions, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential space for those in all sectors.
I have a good understanding of autistic burnout and the complexities associated with recovering from this. I can be flexible to one's needs to best help with recovery.
As an NHS GP, I have seen over and over, the devastating impact burnout can have on an individual, and the long road to recovery. Time and support through coaching can make a significant difference in improving outcomes.
